The Career Retreat uses the GRACE framework from Katie’s book God’s GRACE for Your Career, based on the idea that God has already given you the GRACE you need for your career.

The retreat expands on those activities and reflections, giving you time and space to explore that GRACE more deeply.

Worship and prayer together to align your heart with God to prepare for your self-exploration journey, including time alone with God for personal prayer and reflection

Encourage each other with career stories and ideas allowing God to speak into your career through other people as you explore your own career ideas.

Grow your confidence as you understand yourself more and become excited about future opportunities and your career aspirations.

Guided activities using the GRACE framework - unpack your natural talents, skills, values, strengths from a Christian perspective.
