Personal
Coaching is designed around your expectations and what you want to achieve. It always focusses on you gaining clarity about your career.

Reflection and Action
Coaching provides time for guided reflection and encouraging action in the sessions and also in the preparation exercises.

Time for you
Sessions last 60-90 minutes, scheduled at mutually agreed times with email feedback and support between sessions.

These elements are used in these 1-2-1 coaching sessions.

You will consider your natural gifts, dreams, personality and spiritual gifts, reflecting on your unique gifts and what this means for your future career.

You will focus on your key talents, skills and in particular your strengths, using the Strengths Profile online questionnaire, to identify your key energising strengths, review your hidden talents and consider how you might use them to best effect.

Following that I'll send you a proposal to make sure we're on the same page before we start any coaching.
If you want to go ahead we'll fix a date for your first session and take it from there.

Typically I meet with clients for 6 or 7 sessions to complete career coaching using the GRACE framework. We generally meet between 1 to 4 weeks apart, but I am entirely flexible depending on your requirements.

There is no typical coaching session, but I always start with reviewing your objectives and understanding what you want from the coaching.
We'll reflect on any preparation I have asked you to do, address blocks and barriers and consider next steps.
Sessions will be reflective, interactive and action focused.

Yes. Before each session I'll send you an email detailing the preparation required. This could include self-reflection exercises, questionnaires, idea generation or research.
The preparation work you do is an integral part of the career coaching process, and you may find God drawing you towards specific aspects of the coaching process between sessions.

It's pay as you go (PAYG), one session at a time so you’re not tied into a contract and you don't have to pay for all your sessions up front.
Each 60 minutes session costs £95. This includes all home assignments, reviews and email support between sessions.
Payment is required before each coaching session commences.
