I’m Katie Conley, a career coach, writer, and the author of God’s GRACE for Your Career. Helping people flourish in their working lives, while staying rooted in their faith, is what I love to do.

Throughout a varied and often surprising career, the moments I’ve enjoyed most have always been the same: sitting with people, listening to their stories, and exploring what they do, why they do it, and what God might be inviting them into next. That curiosity about people, purpose, and calling is what led me to write God’s GRACE for Your Career and continues to shape my coaching today.

Over the years, I’ve managed graduate recruitment programmes, delivered career development workshops, created personal development plans, provided one-to-one career coaching, and facilitated skills and leadership training. My own roles have ranged from Sales Assistant and Waitress to Training Officer, Head of Department, Non-Executive Director, and Director of my own consulting business - each one giving me insight into different workplaces, seasons, and challenges.

I’ve always loved writing and reflection, and I bring that same thoughtful, practical approach into my coaching. I’m passionate about helping people understand the choices they’ve made, discern what’s next, and grow in clarity, confidence, and courage - whether that means learning something new, making a change, or stepping into a fresh challenge.
